This past year was great: I got married and we had a great year together. I’m looking forward to all the years to come as we continue to build our life together.
Here in New York City, It looks like we’ll have the Usual Million or so people in Times Square. Since the weather is supposed to be Rain and Snow, I hope their all dressed warmly.
In years past, I used to dress up and go to big organized parties for New Years Eve, but for the last three years, I like to go to a friends place and celebrate with people I know. Tonite, we’ll be at my Best Man’s place celebrating the New Year with old and new friends.
We hope Everyone has a Happy and Safe New Years!

Simply put: Christmas was great!
NY Daily news sums it up perfectly. Since the Union apparently did NOT get the concessions it asked for, What was the purpose behind the strike?
The Daily News has it right: At this point, "War of the Words" is exactly what this is. This is getting seriously ridiculous.
Another Day in the City. I’m still working from home but my wife got in ok via the LIRR. We live so far out in Queens that we merely drove for under 10 minutes to an LIRR station in Nassau. Other than paying over $16 for round trip, she was in Penn station 20 minutes later.
Not really sure which is worse, the actual Strike or the rhetoric that arises from it. Love the Mayor/Governor/Other Generic politician Talks tough…
